Kidnapper Rookie[]

016-Thief01

A Kidnapper Rookie

Kidnapper Rookie is the first enemy type in the game. They appear as enemies exclusively in the prologue of the game, when Suki tries to escape the guild. Weak and easily dispatched, they are not the most brave opponents (against Suki) and not very skilled.

Farmer[]

Farmer1 h200

Design/graphics: Tessy

The Farmers are the second male enemy and the first true mission enemy. They are found in the Huston Village mission and in the Jyoga Jungle bonus mission. Farmers were first added in v1.6 CB4 Edit#10. In Huston Village, it is not necessary to fight farmers at all, as they are easily out-witted. However, they could prove a danger to low level characters starting the game when in numbers.

Town Guard[]

011-Lancer03

The Town Guard

In v1.7, Town Guard only appear if Esther finds Suki too much to handle in her first engagement. They are scripted to defeat Suki (and party, if on replay mode) immediately, with one guard using Leg Sweep that automatically stuns the party and the other guard subduing all party members.

Town guard in 1.6 were scripted enemies that had to be battled by Leroy if Suki was captured in the mission. Suki also had to fight several during the Slaver mission if she failed to bluff her way past the checkpoint.
